I was highly satisfied with this experience because everything was so quick and simple. I found my item quickly and was able to briefly put it on hold as it just restocked. Employees were nice and really cared about how my day was going and asked questions like that. Great service.

The sales associate was phenomenal! She was VERY patient and made the experience stress free. I've never been in a PANDORA Store because of it's concept and I usually do not buy silver. With hundreds of charms to choose from (many of them beautiful), it could be easily overwhelming, but the sales associate was able to narrow it down very easily and she put the rest of the concept together, effortlessly exactly into something that I loved and felt very sure it would be a great gift.

I was waited on immediately and treated with great care. The sales associate even offered to clean both of my bracelets with a beautiful smile!

Well lets start off by saying the sales associate Asilah was extremely pleasant and lovely. I told her that I was interested in finding a bracelet for my sister birthday and she was so knowledgeable when it came to the products I said one word and she would grab the perfect charms to match what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable shopping there. She explained how each part of the bracelet works and exactly what I would need to get to keep the charms in place. I couldn't have been happier when I left Pandora I found the perfect bracelet for my sister, whom means the world to me, and I built the selection from experiences that we had together, my sister, my best friend she will surely love it. Thank you Asilah, I look forward to you helping me with building my bracelet. You have helped me make a long lasting memory for me to show my sister and express how much I love and cherish her. Was looking for the love knot bracelet and the sales associate made sure to look everywhere for it instead of just telling me it was sold out. Also asked if I was interested in anything else and asked about my particular style. Made me feel like he was paying attention to detail.
