The sales associate Jewel was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in suggestions for my new Pandora bracelet that I received as a birthday gift. This was my first experience with Pandora, so I didn't know how to setup and accessorize my first bracelet.

I was satisfied with sale which was what captured my attention. The location was highly clean and organized. And the sales lead Gabriela was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. It was my first experience actually shopping in Pandora.

Victor the person that was assisting us was super helpful and patient. He helped us for over an hour making sure we found the perfect charms. We went as a family and he was good at multitasking with each and one of us.

I came in seeking information about an item I had that was damaged and was told I would get a call back when the item was received, but it had been three weeks and I was never notified, I spoke to the store manager ( curly hair, with glasses I think) and she assisted me with no problem, she apologized for lack of communication, and she found the ring and showed me other pieces of jewelry that matched which I didn't know existed. She expedited my service with a smile and I will be back to shop with her.

I really enjoyed my visit even though my favorite representative Jewel wasn’t there. Mr. Rashard and Ms. Esbeidy treated me and my daughter well. I always have a positive experience when I visit Pandora in the Coral Square Mall in Coral Speings Florida. Thanks again guys.
