The staff always greets me with my name . I'm a regular client and that makes me feel special. Sandra is great. Olivia is fun to work with. I don't want to stereo type anyone but I love the manager that wears her head covered. I know her name starts with a M. Maria is also nice.

Jeremy helped us during our mothers day shopping. Very attentive and very helpful to find my boyfriends perfect mothers day gift. And i thank also Kaitlinn for rining us out and finalizing our great experience at Pandora. Also for complimenting my little baby girl :) great service. I will be back for more charms for my bracelet!👌

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associate that helped me Jeremy was great! When I told him what I was looking for, he pulled out the charms he thought and then explained each one with detailed accuracy. He didn't mind pulling out more and even suggested some based on my responses. He was truly great and I really appreciated all his help. The experience wouldn't have been the same without him. When I left, I made sure to tell him that I greatly appreciated what he did. Because of him, I might even be back sooner than I expected.

Personnel at the store really friendly to shop with. The store manager wanting to assist with my sale and help my salesperson. Overall tried to help with choosing the right charms with my interest.

Huda the sales person there was very knowledgeable and friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked in. There was also a manager I think her name was Kaitlinn its the name I show on the receipt. She is the one that took payment at the register. She was also very friendly.
