Great customer service, clean store and knowing the items well

My problem at the store stemmed from an online purchase: The engraved plate "Blessed". It arrived scratched and unpolished/scuffed-around the entire area where it said Blessed. The back of the pendant was shinier than the front. It was a gift-so this was a fail. I spent 30 plus minutes on line in the end purchasing an entirely different item. The quality control was not done on the item and this could have been avoided. I would prefer a $10 credit on my account for the inconvenience-not my next purchase.:(

They had the bracelet I wanted in stock. Even thought there was a long line. It flowed with ease. I didn't mind the wait as the staff was very efficient at handling the crowd and they very friendly and apologetic.

I was highly satisfied due to the fact of it being holiday time the line was long but went fast. The associate knew the product well and also asked if I would like to add more to my purchase. The associate was friendly and very helpful with any questions I ask of her.
