Great service, good discounted price

Well it's the holidays and the store was well organized and managed. I was politely asked to wait for an associate and when she came over to help she was very nice and informative. This was my first time in the store and the associate was amazing. I usually shop at Swarovski, but now I have another store to get great gifts and I know I will be helped with courtesy and professionalism.

The manager in Coral Springs helped me. She put my charms on and off my brace,etc until they were arranged to my delight. She’s was very helpful and all smiles and knowledge. Contrarily, I went into a store in Pembroke Pines and was treated like a bother and left to figure my issue of return out with no help from that store manager. Coral Springs ***** Pembroke Pines 0
