I visited this location with the intention of purchasing (2) Bruno the Unicorn charms, however, the item was not yet on display at this location. The sales associate suggested that she "check in the back" to see if the item was indeed available, when she returned with the item(s), I was overjoyed, as the point of driving to this location (which is out of my way) was to purchase the above mentioned item(s).

The manger was awesome and willing to help staff. Everyone was so friendly and work excellent together even though it was busy. Staff made me feel special and suggested sales by manager was great had no intention on spending so much.

The sales lady was so nice and patient, she worked effortlessly efficiently. The store was not so busy, so there was room to look around better. The sale going on really sealed my satisfaction with Pandora.
