I received my first Pandora bracelet for mother's day,and took it in for a cleaning. I asked the sales rep if she could recommend anything for me within my budget,she showed me a variety of charms and was very understanding of what I wanted. I did spend more than what I expected,but it was totally worth it,and I will be back soon to purchase the one I really wanted. Lol
