I went looking for a particular charm that came in a gift set (Lips with coin purse) and I was extremely happy when you all had it in stock...I have shopped here in the past and am always greeted witg friendly and pleasant workers...That is why i can say im highly satisfied!

My visit was on Valentine's Day, probably one of the busiest days for Pandora. Not only were they well staffed the staff was knowledgeable and extremely patient with a first timer like me. Also, they were well stocked and had enough merchandise to satisfy the masses.

The sales associates were friendly and helpful. I had my bracelet cleaned and bought a charm. There were many options to choose from and the store seemed well stocked with a good variety.
