I was very excited to see the charms on sale for 45% off that made it easy for me to start a new bracelet I never was going to use the rose gold but I decided to get the Marano's that were on sale and they went excellent would be full price rose gold that I had to purchase.

I started with an exchange (previous sales associate had given us the wrong size) but the new associate that helped us was wonderful. We ended walking out with 3 new items. Loved her and her patience with us.

pandora is a nice, clean store with a lot of variety. it also makes good presents and is perfect for any occasions.

I was able to find a safety chain that I like and the store manager cleaned my daughter's bracelet before she left for her military training while we waited.

The staff is always helpful at this store. They need to restock more often as too many times they are out of common stock and it's fustrating and so disappointing.

The sales associate Sierra that assisted me with my purchase for my nieces sweet 16 was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect charms for bracelet. My niece loves it so much.
