The people are always so friendly & welcoming. They are always just as excited as I am about the charms. I love their suggestions. They make me feel like I am the only one in the store, taking their time to tend to every detail, request & concern.

Well I lucked out and got the sales associate that knows me and my tastes so well. In just showing her my new bracelet that I rec'd for xmas she set me right up with a charm and two others.....LOVE
