shopped twice at Pandora in December 2017...once in NYC and again in coral springs, fl. great customer service both stores.

the service was really great. The products was instock. The store was packed and wait time was not long.

The quality of my Pandora bracelet is excellent. The Sales Representative informed me that after the Holidays I could bring my bracelet into the store to get cleaned. Even though I had to wait in line for 30 minutes they were very organized and friendly. I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn and I felt good about the customer service.

It was very busy because it was a Sunday afternoon! The staff was very Friendly and apologized for the long wait! Sandra was knowledgeable of the pieces I wanted. She helped me style a beautiful bracelet! I love Pandora and will return soon! Thank you and Happy Holidays! Wishing everyone at Pandora a Blessed 2018!

The associate i had was very patient with me. She also explained all the promotions and gave good advice on caring from the stuff i brought.
