First time I visit this store and found the store very nice and the Associate very professional, however, with all the fame that Pandora has, I still don't see that the prices for the charms are any better. I bought a charm for my daughter, the Tigger from Disney and for the size, felt that it was high in cost.

Jack was an amazing salesman! I was confused with which item to buy my partner for her birthday, but he really helped me through it. My partner absolutely loved her gift, and I have Jack to thank for that. Excellent service!

At first I wasn't sure if I was even going to stay, there was only one customer in the store and three employees waiting on her!! They didn't even acknowledge my presence. Once Debora came over to me it was all uphill from there. She was awesome and knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient. I very much enjoyed my experience, and left a very happy customer. After being ignored at first I never would have predicted that I would have been such a satisfied customer when I left the store.
