My salesperson was awesome. She happened to get an eyelash in her eye and had to excuse herself for a moment and any team member stepped right to help till she returned. Great teamwork.

I love the selection however the system is flawed for purchases. I have several charms that broke and even jammed my bracelet. Lost my receipt and everyone says there's nothing they can do.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and displayed excellent customer service. I truly enjoyed my shopping experience!

I had a bracelet made for my daughter and she loveees it. They made sure that she loved it and didn't rush us to buy it. Instead, they told us to say a little while to make sure that the bracelet was what she reallly wanted.

The staff is so very friendly and very knowledgeable. The store is so clean and pretty. I love the selections they have.
