The sales associate Tosha T was very polite and patient with me while I looked at different combinations of charms on the necklace I chose. She was super and was the main reason I bought something. I am disappointed in the store 's lack of merchandise choices 1) did not have enough of necklace (chain) sizes - the store did not have enough stock 2) lack of charms - I have a teenage granddaughter that I bought a necklace for last year for her 13th birthday. She is a cheerleader - you do not have a cheer charm, nor a 13 charm. I had to go to the internet. After spending about $700 between the two purchases I would not go back to purchase charms, as you have a poor selection . As pretty as everything is, you need to expand your charm choices to show more activities, more designs, more necklace choices. The sales associate was super, your merchandise, not so much - and overpriced.

I was not highly satisfied, I had a wait period before being served, every attendant was busy with other customers

Waited in line approximately 20 minutes before served.

I wanted to purchase several items in which I was only able to purchase one because they did not have any of the other items I was looking for. Also, when asked to view the Christmas charms I was only showed a few, not all the collection, and I could see that there was more. Therefore, I did not ask to see them since I figured they didn’t want to sell them to me and I could of purchased more than one

I am highly sati with pandora. It is amazing I love the quality of all their jewelry. Their service is that best I was amazed by everything

It was a wonderful experience; the store simply did not have all the sizes we were interested in at the store readily available to be purchased.

There was not a wide variety of hearts to choose from as well as. I wish the student discount would would’ve been able to be used as a first time purchaser.
