We were in the store looking and waiting for our turn to be serviced when a sales associate Daniela asked if we were being helped and immediately came over to assist. Daniela was very helpful and patient. We left the store very satisfied with our purchase.

Just a lot going on at the store

I purchased for for over 545 dollars and I was only given one bracelet when the promotion said I qualified for 2. When I brought it to sales person attention both she and the manager did not seem to want to acknowledge concern. The over all experience wasn’t as that I have experienced at other pandora.

i went to purchase a necklace and ended up getting a pandora credit card wasnot a plan think. the sales associated assisted me in getting a free bangle based on my purchase too. i am so enjoying my bangle and do hope to have more experiences like this one.

I am not a fan of waiting out side a store and then being rushed when I'm spending lots of money
