Per usual they ran out of the free bracelet which I understand is while supplies last but every time I come to pandora I spend at least $450 easy and I’ve never gotten a bracelet.

The salesperson didn't ask me what I needed or what I was looking for. I felt like she didn't like me asking questions about matching the other ring I was wearing or about the price of the rings. She was probably new.

There was not a good display of items to look at. For example, there should be a good amount of charms on the top display centers for people to actually look at instead of someone feeling pressured to pick something

When I walked in the ladies looked up at me and continued working no one greeted me. Lucas then appeared and asked to assist me. The sales person Lucas was friendly and helpful.
