Prices are too high. Didn’t have the size I needed in bracelet I wanted or in the ring I wanted to replace.

I had asked a salesperson about a specific charm, and was told that it wasn’t available. I went home and looked it up online and turns out it was available. Also, when checking out your sales associates should be verifying the customer’s information ie: Name, Phone, Email, Account info etc. I exchanged items from a gift receipt and purchased items within the same transaction and everything was linked to the gift receipt even the NEW purchases that I had made. So the receipts were emailed not to me but to the email associated with the gift receipt. Which all of this could have been avoided if any one of the salesperson would’ve taken a moment to VERIFY the account info prior to completing the sale.

I was highly satisfied with the Pandora experience. I accidentally clicked the incorrect button. But overall the service was quite wonderful. I truly got what I needed rather than what I had wanted 10/10 service.

I was in need of 2 initials and unfortunately this location did not have either. The selection of birthday charms was very limited as well. So I had to settle for the birthday cake because I was kind of desperate.

There were only 3 employees in the store to assist people. And only 2 of them was pleasant. And after waiting so long to be assisted, the employee claims all the $25 charms were gone. I believe she was lying in my opinion. She probably was upset after I had to tell her employee that I was before this lady they assisted first, but they claim she was there before me. And, I didn’t see her in the store.

Jewelry cleaning was not available. As that was my primary reason for visiting, there were no other complaints. As well, I’ve attempted to visit other locations several times and it’s the same issue. As a Pandora client, I would greatly appreciate having my jewelry cleaned periodically by the stores. Especially when adding new charms you would want all the jewelry to be sparkling and beautiful.
