Store is not stocked with alot of merchandise. Some of the sales reps are not fully aware of all the charms available.

I love pandora

Did not the necklace selection I had expected. with covid waiting time outside store took too long. A store personnel were courteous, friendly and helpful.My sales lady, Terese was terriffic.

My sales associate was great. Very friendly and willing to help. I normally do not have good experiences with Pandora and stopped shopping there for a while- but she was great.

The store didn't have the yellow gold bracelet I was looking for . Not many selections of gold charms available. Overall good experience with the customer service.

The fact that I was not Highly satisfied, is not a negative. My experience with pandora was satisfying I was very happy with my purchase, I’m pretty sure my wife will be also.

In my opinion highly satisfied is over rated. My experience was satisfying and the staff was good while checking out customers. The counters were not being clean often as customers move around.
