The service was great what I didn't like is having to stand outside the door for 20 minutes waiting to be served think that's a little bit uncalled for you need to try something different than having your customer stand outside your your store maybe have more people on the job

I usually bring my Pandora jewelry to Pandora for cleaning. Obviously this is not the case right now. Had to purchase the cleaner. I asked if it is coming back and the associate did not know. That was one of the great perks. I hope the pandemic is not being used as an unnecessary excuse for customers to purchase the cleaner. I am sure there can be precautions taken in the store for you to conduct the cleaning for loyal customers. If customers are allowed into the store to just browse, why can't it be cleaned? You wear masks and gloves and the virus is spread mainly through air particles; not so much on surface

A few things, I had to go to 2 stores to find what I wanted, I am nit satisfied with the product quality for the price I paid. The only reason why I got it is because my daughter really wanted a necklace from that store, but after paying almost 300$ in a set of necklace, charm and earrings a d after find out that my daughter can’t get the product wet?? Highly disappointing for the price

The charm we came for was defected. Mother/daughter locket but had mom/mom. It was the last one so we had to choose another charm. The mom/daughter locket was the one we had our heart set on. Other then that the associate was great

I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me. I noticed it said in stock so I went to the store with the items listed in my tablet. Im the store they literally had 0 items of the the three I wanted..

You had to stand in line putside of the store and couldn't go in and look around at other items you might be interested in buying. I purchased a ring but was also there to look at the different kinds of charm bracelets and charms available. I was able to because I had to be served outside of the store while the same 10 people had been in there for at least 20 minutes getting helped.

I am assuming because of Covid, I was not able to freely walk around the store to see all that was available. I had to state what I was looking for at the door and was restricted to that case.

I wasn't satisfied due to the availability of more options for best friend charms. There was only one option and in the past I had the same problem of lack of availability. In the past I had two options and this time I only had one.
