The sales team is too aggressive in promoting products and financing. Please allow the customer to look at the merchandise before pouncing on them. This technique drives people away that are all ready scared too shop in the pandemic.

They customer service was great. Although I felt like they needed more salesman. But overall I was pleased with her knowledge of the product that I purchased.

The service was very good. The prices and selection of peices were limited. Considering were just opening up from this pandemic. I expected more value for the money I spent. I couldn't use me 10% off for email sign up in the store, which disappointing. The sales rep was helpful, but the only way to get 10% was by running my credit to get a credit card that I didn't need. Please offer more discounts for returning customers.

I’ve purchase a necklace and it pop and it was not return to me at all I’m very upset due to nobody could help at all due I call customer affairs and ship it to y’all I want my necklace back

It was my first time visiting the store and I couldn't understand how some of the employees we're moving slow and it looked as if they could have been manage a lot better than they were on top of that it was hot with all the body heat.

I love going into a store and looking at what they have! I do not like being followed but associates like I’m at a car lot! I must of told 2 assoc more than once IM LOOKING and when and if I need someone I’ll ask! I was getting very annoyed! I know they make sales on their selling up and out but I do not like being hounded! It’s a complete turn off!

I was quoted half off the price from the sales associate on one item and then I was quoted a price for another item. Sales associate had to take lunch. Another rep completed the transaction for the rep that went to lunch but when I started checking up the total because I wanted to make sure my total was what I anticipated, the cost end up being more because I was misquoted on 2 items. I end up taking another item instead of one that I originally wanted because it was $15 more. Also thought about not getting one other item because it was not half off as I was quoted. Just wasn't happy about the price discrepancies.

My bracelet keeps opening up and I lost one of the charms on it and because the it the bracelet is over a year they couldn't exchanges they couldn't do anything that's the only thing I did not like I really like for you or the replace the cross that I lost I know you're not going to but would be nice if you did.
