The rep was really sweet .. the bracelet was available to me with the needed charms I got my pricing for my next visit and my mom was happy

The associate looks like she was new and the other associates were not so willing to assist her.

The energy was off. Perhaps it was the temporary space the store occupied. Because of the limited space I was asked a trillion questions instead of being able to select merchandise. It was annoying.
