After changing to a different spot in the coral square mall there is not much on display they have most inventory hidden , so unless you know what you want they aren’t willing to pull them out

Todo estuvo bien muy buena atención por parte de la persona que me atendió. Solo que me regalaron una pulsera en un cuchuval y no me quedo la talla es muy grande y no me la pudieron cambiar por una más pequeña por no tener la factura y pues no la puedo usar con ese tamaño me gustaría me pudieran ayudar

My bracelet needs to be replaced. The small separators on the bracelet moved together and the charms could not come off. I was told that I needed to contact the corporate office I was not happy because I think the store should handle it.

The mall in which store is located is under renovation so lots of obstacles in the mall. Store itself was very warm (temperature-wise)... Selections are rather limited.

the computer said that they had 12 of the bracelets that I was going to purchase turned out they didn't so we ordered one they wanted to sell me the demo one but I didn't want that. Usually a demo one would come with a discount but they didn't offer that. My sales girl was very knowledgeable and the manager was there to help as well. The store happened to being a temporary location. This was going to be my first Pandora purchase. I did make a purchase and did get your Pandora credit card. I didn't like my sales girl and I did like the manager. it was kind of difficult to shop there because of the space and how to keep moving as other people wanted to look in the displays. I did notice that it takes a while for people to get help and then you feel pressured to hurry up so they can help somebody else. Hopefully I'll be a happy credit card holder and be able to shop there more often. I will have to return to pick up my bracelet that is being shipped from another store.

I visited my local Pandora store to see a charm that I'd been looking at online in person, and to purchase the jewelry care kit that had been recommended to me by sales associates on prior visits to the store. A friendly associate quickly located the charm that I was looking for and I decided to purchase it. I then asked about the jewelry repair kit and was told that she would get me one from the back. When the associate returned, the kit that she had with her was not the one that I'd seen previously. She told me that this was the new and improved kit because many customers had been disappointed in the old one. When I explained that I had decided to purchase the old kit it was largely because of the two tarnish resistant pouches it contained that the new kit does not. I felt that the associate appeared to brush off my concerns while parroting a sales pitch about the value of the jewelry cleaner that new kit contains. I can purchase jewelry cleaner at many locations, but the special pouches are not readily available. She never offered to order me the old kit from your website although at least for now that option is still available, and that would have been good customer service.
