The reason l was not HIGHLY SATISFIED with my experience is because for one the sales associates are not informed of the sale online. For example, the last clicks that are on the website are not common knowledge to the staff at end store. The other reason is because the item l was looking to purchase was not in stock at this particular store.

There were only two sales associates available and you need to stand in a que for service.

Larger size gold reflection bracelet not available. Only three gold clip charms to select from and they were not part of the sale. The clip that I parchased is falling off the bracelet so I have to return to store or risk loosing it.

The salesperson was great. But i had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, it was only 9:20am. Then, the charms that I wanted was not carried in the store (blessed, grandmother, etc.). I was very disappointed.
