Because I couldn’t find everything that I wanted, but the service was really good, and the girl help me to find something similar.

I went in look for 3 specific charms ...they only had one of the charms I will have to order it on line myself. They do not offer online service in the store

The actual merchandise I was looking for was not in stock in silver that would fit my small wrist which is the new bracelet. Due to it being my birthday I was not satisfied and ended up having to look for something else on my special day. The staff was nice in assisting me. However, it was just not what I was looking for.

Unlike the previous times, I wasn’t greeted when I entered. I had to wait around at the counter trying to catch somebody’s attention. There were other associates there that didn’t say anything to me like “someone will be right with you.”

Although, it doesn’t seem like they have that large of a Pandora selection, the associates try their best to find similar items. I love Pandora jewelry so as long as the associates are friendly and helpful, I will have a positive experience. The associates their are very friendly and helpful!

My experience was good. I don't have any major complaints. I may visit this location in the future.

I was looking for a charm with a lion and was told that they don’t have any however I looked in the book after leaving the store and found one under the zodiac sign. Also purchased letters and not too happy with the J because it is not flexible. It can only face one way.
