Id probably like a bigger selection on the rings especially because it is one of the most popular sections as well as I would like a smaller size for the rings I’m a 3.5 and that size doesn’t run at Pandora maybe making a kids section with smaller sizes would be great !

Melissa was so friendly and showed me the best options for the new bracelet I was starting. It was so nice to talk to a fellow Disney fan!

Im not highly satisfied because coral springs location they dont have a new charms

On entering the store, there was one associate dealing with a customer while three others were free. The Associate who was dealing with the customer greeted me very warmly , however, after walking around for a few minutes and with no one else deciding to attend to me I returned to the Associate who greeted me and asked if she was the only one on duty. she then called another Associate who assisted me with my purchase. The Associate was very knowledgeable of the products and did a fantastic job assisting me with my selections. I was, however, very disappointed at the treatment when I entered the store initially.

I called to find out if the store had the bird ring in a size 9, I wanted to wear it on my pointer finger. After calling several stores I found it in the Coral Springs store which is 50 miles from my home. I explained I was leaving my house and would be there within the hour. The store refused to hold the ring for me, since it was part of the promotion. I was frantic to get down there since I had already tried to order it online and called 3other stores first. When I got down there it took the associate a good 10 minutes to find the ring which ultimately was the ONLY one left, as it was the display ring.

The pieces I wanted were not in stock. It seemed as though I was just passed along to different associates. I felt rushed.

I love Pandora I just think it should and it probably some charms could be cheaper. The price right now that it seems like we are in crises I think it is a little bit high. That is all.

To many sales associates and a long wait. While some of them were not helping customers.

Selection of items not available. Tried to create 2 different style bracelets and the charms for both were not available. Sales associate tried to offer other types of charms to just get the sale not listening to which ones i needed that were not available
