Very crowded. Felt like I was being pushed to buy more to get free bangle

Did not have the item I wanted. It had to be ordered for pick up a week or so later.

At first nobody pays attention to me I wait for 10 minutes until someone tells me if u need some help

jeremy was really nice. even though i came for a polish cloth he showed me product and took his time showing me the new collection and he cleaned my bracelet very nicely. it made me feel valued

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience i just felt that the prices are a bit high. I still love the store and everyone that works there are sweethearts. Every time i walk in there they treat me like i am part of the Pandora team and not just a customer. Me and my boyfriend always go to this store and we only had a problem once with one of my bracelets and they helped us out with that too. This team is great and i will always come back!
