There is a line outside the store! I actually asked was there something special going on, but no, no special sales, just a line. I just knew what I wanted, and wanted to just buy it. There should be one employee checking once in a while in the line outside for speedy buyers like myself. I witnessed a person take over 45 minutes to choose what he wanted. He also made sure he talked to the rest of the sales people asking for opinions or making jokes. He just needed EVERYONE's attention while the rest of us looked from the outside line. Sort of frustrating.

The assistant was very pleasant however she may need a little more training when going over products available and able to suggest other products of equal or better value. Although she did a good job another assistant did provide a better selection. In my opinion it is the upper managements responsibility to make sure the staff if trained to offer all options available,especially when you have discounts on selected items

I understand as it gets closer to Christmas your customer base increases but the wait time gets tiring. The staff were all great but there was only 1 cashier with an assistant who was placing our items in a bag. Another sales person on the floor seemed to be more valuable than someone who's only role for the day was to place items in a bag, add tissue and tying a bow. Another option would be to have the IPAD or Cube check out systems so the same person who helps you also cashes you out. You'd save time there too.

there was a promotion if you spend $125.00 dollars you got a free bangle I showed the ad to the sales person and person in charge and was told the promotion had ended on the 6th of December but the ad stated the 7th of December which was the day I was in the store. I was told that the ad was in correct, but if it is advertised in my email I believe the store should have honored it, so it's fair to say that I was very disappointed in the way it was handled and I will be thinking twice the next time I want to purchase from this store or Pandora as a whole!!!! Very poor customer service.

A few charms I wanted weren’t available. I had already been to another Pandora who was out of the free bracelet worth the purchase of $125, so I settled for another charm.

I purchased a charm for a gift for Christmas and they were out of gift boxes,, which for the price and it being a holiday season they should not have been out of them.
