My experience was a good one. I live in Jamaica and won't be coming back to the States before next summer. However I plan to visit the local dealer here by the end of March.

The sales staff was great. The greeter and my consultant were extremely friendly and helpful. I did however get overcharged on my purchase. it should have been a buy 2 get 1 free. I purchased ten items and only received 2 free. Understanding it was extremely busy and not catching the error during my visit , I was wondering how to get it corrected. Going to the store during the holidays will be added stress on everyone involved. Thank you.

I think the price for the charms is ridiculous. They are WAY overpriced. The quality is great, but I really do think Pandora overcharges for the charms. The charms are more expensive then the bracelet or necklace!! Matthew was great. He was in training and needed some help from the manager to assist me, but overall I had a great experience with him.

First time shopping in the store. I purchased a charm as a gift for someone else who has the pandora bracelet. The example shown to me displayed the engraving would be placed in the center of the charm, however it was not and it sits too high up. I did bring this up to the associate once I noticed that the machine showed it sitting high up, rather than in the center. I was told that once the charm was placed in the machine, it would automatically center it. Well it wasn’t centered. To make matters a bit more frustrating, once I took it home to look at it again and ask the opinion of someone else what they thought about the placement, it was pointed out that one side of the charm had a scratch in one corner and was scuffed in another corner. Not sure if that was done by the engraving machine or if I just got a roughed up charmed. I didn’t bother to go back to the store as I have an infant so it’s just not worth the hassle. Just wish the associate would hav noticed that and polished or fixed it so that it looked presentable. Or even offer to center the engraving somehow. Oh well.
