The young lady who helped me was in a rush to get off she didn’t seem very caring and she was very rushed with what we came in for. She said she had a Super Bowl partly to go to and it just keeps on getting busy

During my visit to the store, I was unable to find and purchase exactly what I was looking for. I browsed online first which told me that the store had everything I wanted but when I got there I was told that they did not have it and that they didn’t have anything similar to it either. I felt like I had to settle for what was available not what I wanted.

The sales associate was apprehensive about my exchange. She was trying to get the manager to deny the exchange. Very unfriendly staff at coral square mall. The manager however was pleasant. I will continue to buy at the boca mall because their customer service is superior.

product out of stock, with no offer to order it or recommendation to visit another location. availability of sales associates was low and there seemed to be no logical flow of the store or of customers in the store
