When to clean my bracelet and charms and they said not in till the 1/15/20 and I when to get another bracelet and charms it was the biggest sale up to 50% off and when I ask the was one thing did a long line for nothing.

The staff was really friendly. Kaitlnn had ideas for gifts when I didn't know what to get. It was nice seeing more of a variety of products than what I was looking for.

The sales rep was great. But the very next day I noticed stones missing from my jewelry and when I called the store to get options I was placed on hold, and then hung up on about 5 different times. The manager could be heard in the backdrop telling the employees to put me on hold. She (the manager) advised the staff to tell me she would call me... but she never did. This manger doesn't know a single thing about customer service. All I wanted was to exchange my ring, but now I will be returning EVERYTHING I bought and I do not plan to recommend this store or brand to anyone.

The associate are nice, but the organization when you have to exchange something is really bad. I went 3 times to the store before solved my situation.

Because I didn’t know the charms get stuck if you don’t put clips on the bracelet, it seems like a way to make more money, and it’s expensive, so if that happens I’ll probably have to buy another bracelet, which is not something I’m very thrilled about.

As an experienced employee of your store I felt the associate could have been more personable and friendly. I was not treated as a valued and appreciated customer. The associate gave me no opinions, no smile, no personality, and no great ideas to make my bracelet beautiful. I was left on my own to figure it out. The only thing the associate assisted me with was opening and closing the display case. I did not walk out of your store feeling fabulous. But instead I walked out regretting that I just made a $175.00 purchase with the shabby service I received. Love your jewelry but not your service.

First of all, you never have ample help in your stores and considering it is time for Christmas shopping I would think you would have more help. Also considering it is Christmas I would think you would adequate and ample stock of items in your store. I rarely shop in a Pandora store for Pandora products, i go to Jarrod's Jewelry Store. It is a much more pleasant experience. I especially will not patronize your store in the Town Center at Boca Raton.
