I was not satisfied with my experience because i waited a while before i was helped. No one said anything to me when i walked in no one offered to help. The woman who was helping us wasn’t very caring

it is to much over prise

When I go to the store I told the worker what I was looking for and my size. She told me they no longer had what I wanted so I decided to look for something else. During that time I found something else I wanted and she picked out every size ring that WAS NOT my size. When I found my size, and got home, I noticed the ring felt uncomfortable and annoying so I will be returning these two rings. My size does not suppose to fit this tight. I asked her over and over "are you sure the rings are suppose to fit like this" and her response was "yes, they're suppose to be super fitted or somewhat loose." Clearly she knows nothing!

They didn’t have the ring my kid wanted so they just said go on line or pick something else. They just wanted to close and rushed us out

1) I was denied the jewelry box for the placement for the earrings I bought as a gift, in the case were 3 pairs of earrings, 2) I wanted other models of earrings that did not have in store.

POr lo que yo fui estoy muy sastisfecha pero fui con mi amiga que quería comprar y como que las representantes no le explicaban de las promociones ni tenían tanto empeño en vender como otras veces al final ella no termino comprando nada

Nothing I wanted was in stock. I had three options in mind and nothing was in store for me. Not the ring size I wanted not the bracelet I wanted. I was very upset.

I was told my bracelet would stretch abit eventually so they advise me to buy an tight fit,, then I went home and my family laugh and said thats not true so now I will of to go back and get a bigger size..bad recommendation I suppose.

I am not happy with the item I purchased. Within 10 minutes of leaving the store the bracelet safety chain was falling off. It has a dirty look to it and wish I didn't purchase it.

I wished that more selection, including less expensive models and benefits were explained.
