I came to the store because they never called me about a item I return that’s not in stock it’s been 11 days and no phone call yet I brought these items for Christmas the red heart fainted and the dad heart damaged and couldn’t fix on the bracelet, this is garbage!!

I visited the store during your buy 2 get 1 free sale. I understand the profession of sales , but to charge a first-time shopper for 2 charms both costing $85.00 and give the charm that cost $65.00 for free does leave a bad taste.

I was the only person who entered the store and none of the staff even greeted me. They just all stared at me and with not even a smile on their faces. They all seemed in a bad mood. I asked for assistance after a while of walking around by myself and the Sales Associate did not seem interested in helping me. She seemed annoyed. Why? I was the ONLY person there the entire time. I understand retail is not always fun but all 3 of the Sales Associates were unfriendly with frowns on their faces. Dissatisfied with all of their unfriendliness. They need a lecture on proper customer service. Leave your problems at the door. I tried to have a smile on my face and the Sales Associate perked up a little bit. But that isn't my job to turn your day around.

The sales person did not give correct pricing. Was very unfriendly. I brought back a braclet because latch broke. She rudely re a pines to cibtact customer service. Very dry. I'm a disabled woman who doesn't drive. Not convenient go get to the dtore to be treated poorly. .y daughter bought me a new bracelet but mine is perfectly good it needs a new latch.

I received several email about promotions and wow surprise, in the store the promotions done days before, so why the lies, I bought stuff for almost 400 and I expect a nice packing too and nothing, that's not right but always justify in the tiny words in the commercials, definitely is just to take advantage for the needs of the people to get a gift. So sad experience

I always but at pandora the sales associates are really good but I’m really disappointed because I got a charm bracelet as a gift and came on a bag they don’t have a box … it’s a gift

The sales associate who "helped" me was very unfriendly and didn't allow me to try the earrings I wanted. I ended up buying it anyway because I wanted that particular earring, but otherwise I would not buy it at all. Just making it clear, I always have problems with that particular Pandora location, the problem is not Pandora itself, it is the location. From now on, I'll only go to the Boca location which I always get great service and no problems at all.

The company offers discount that can not apply. The promotion on free bracelets were only for card members isn’t fair. I did not like.

You representative did not give the correct size bracelet, so I have to make a second trip to the store. The representative did not want to give me a box for my bracelet that I spent over $400 on and then held my gift in her hand until the payment was processed as if I was going to run out of the store with it.

They did not have most of the charms i wanted. the charm i need replaced is discontinued. i mentioned my bracelet is dirty was advised can't get a cleaning until after mother's day and they did not offer me a cleaning kit.
