The store manager seems out of touch and I ended paying more for the same item on a smaller size and didn’t get the advertised discount it. I bought it anyway because I was on a pinch but it really felt like greedy sales people trying to take advantage of the situation.

The store associate provided wrong information which led to the manager making an exception for a return. Had the associate communicated better, we could have saved time and money. Highly dissatisfied with this associate

the sale associate came to me right away and i explained to her that i was looking for a graduation gift for RN nurse. she was picking out charms that was not related to what i asked for. also Pandora had a15% special that i happen to over hear from another sale rep., talking to another custom, therefore i ask her about the special and she really did not go into details about the special. there was others things, she was showing me charms but not really explaining what was written on them or what they represented. overall i just was not completely satisfied and i let her know that.

The sales associates at this location are all very young. They constantly show the latest merchandise but don’t offer other things u less I ask. Also I was specific in what I was buying I felt she was ungracefully pushing me to buy more. If she works on commission I’m sorry but I don’t want to be shamed into buying more or made to feel any type of way about what I can afford on an item that is merely a luxury item. Meaning pandora is not food not shelter. I’m already pampering myself. I buy what I can. No one gets to tell me that I can afford more. Unless they plan to pay some of my other bills. They need customer service training even if they are young.

The sales associate was not helpful, I asked for a booklet to see the charms and she denied giving me one. I asked to see flower charms and she showed me only one, I then had to continue to ask are there more? I was basically helping myself and her attitude was very dull.
