I was very dissatisfied with the attention that the girl who attended me during my visit to the store gave me, she was indifferent, I felt badly attended. My username did not appear and I have previously bought in the same store.

Items wanted not in stock and too small associates try to sell me item that was too small.

Sales associates was rude and very rushy. Every time I would ask her something she would answer with an attitude or mumble.

You have an associate to take your name and what are you looking to purchase. After informing the associate of what I was looking for and standing at least 40 minutes in line, when I get into the store they do not have what I’m looking for. The associate was not friendly or welcoming. I asked when do you think you would have the particular item in her statement was I don’t know.

I received an email from Pandora about a bracelet that was free with a purchase of 99 dollars the manager in dutie was very rude and didn’t even try to solve the issue.

Jeyson, the sales associate was uninviting and seemed bothered servicing me more than anything else. I will be returning my purchase and I do not plan on visiting or recommending this location anytime soon.

Sale associates didn’t give me any time to browse for what I wanted. Didn’t go over pricing of what I did purchase.

For the amount of time waiting and the unavailability of all the products in the catalog that I wanted, was very upsetting overall! I love Pandora and will order online and have it shipped home, as the Coral Springs location didn’t have anything I went for nor did they have the items in the catalog that I saw that I wanted!

Nadalline did not ask us any questions and was very off putting. Really rushing transaction and didn’t listen to us. Didn’t ask us if we wanted a charm but put one on the necklace anyways. We asked for certain charms and she did not bother to look! Only told us she didn’t have it and didn’t check
