I waited outside in line for a long time . People behind me just left. When I got to the front of the line it never moved.....sales associates started disappearing and coming in with food . When I finally got in nothing was available that I wanted and was told I had to order those items from home . When online and got it all in my cart I believe your website crashed. Now I see why Pandora is only rated a 1. I had issues previous and this confirms that it isn’t a great company

The sale associate was helpful however the sale associate lead personality was very dry and unfriendly. Also, the lead seemed upset with the sale associate because I was indecisive about product however, it wasn’t the sale associate fault. I wasn’t sure what I wanted because I originally came in store for they did not have. My return was for 135 plus tax however I end up spending additional because I found a two product I really like which was a signature Pandora necklace and a charm to go on the necklace. Necklace was 150 and charm was 60 dollars plus tax. Per sale associate if you spend more then 150 i would receive ornament promotion. At the end of the transaction sale associate asked the sale lead for an ornament due to my purchase and lead advised no because my return wasn’t 150 which didn’t make any sense because I end up additional 75 dollars which brought total to 210 plus tax. I felt that was unfair and not great customer service coming from a sales lead.

The sales associate was more concerned about pushing the sale than what I was looking for it, in my case I was looking for an anniversary present and your associate never took the time and effort to ask about a budget and finally when she realized it’s was a lot then she offered a credit card option, bottom line I understand she’s probably working for commissions but at then I’m the customer and I shouldn’t have felt any pressure while I was trying to purchase a present. Not happy at all.

Wasn’t satisfied because the sales girl was distracted or either being misinformed by another girl who interfered with our services. While our normal lady helped & went to find a charm for me the other girl was talking & was helping my dude with a braclet he asked about. Think with the other girl taking over and helping without us asking(he just was talking out loud about the color & possibly changing a braclet for his mom) with our FIRST chick gone, maybe she confused her by the new changes if him switching out the color of his mom’s braclet & all that I WENT home without a bracelet just charms!!!

my associate was not nice, I knew what I wanted and she right away told me you didnt have it, when in fact while I was waiting to get into the store I shopped the catalog and had my order form ready and the associate said you had it! The associate that helped me also said she would email my receipt, which I DO NOT HAVE, nor now do I have a receipt. Just my credit card statement, I did not like working with her!

I'm very disappointed that Pandora is not allowing customers jewelry to be cleaned, we as customers have to purchase your cleaning product, which should have a DISCOUNTED price because your cleaning service is unavailable. I understand the entire Covid 19 risk but if your not going to properly train your employees on how to use PPE (personal protection equipment) then that means your company has failed your employees and your customers. I'm a highly trained medical professional and know all about Covid and cleaning jewelry is not a high risk for anyone to contact Covid if you train your employees and provide them with the correct information and equipment when handling customers jewelry. Thank you.

Very low inventory or non at all in several items I was looking for. Associate didn't have enough experience for suggesting alternatives. It's like they didn't care. I have purchased at this store for years now and associates have Breen great always, even when the store is full of customers. But this last time, was like nobody care, very poor inventory and no options offered from bringing from other stores, like I have been given the chance before. Very disappointed with my last visit. Not sure was is going on with Pandora customer service.

All the associates were huddled in a group talking about personal stuff and I am walking by no one even acknowledge me. I had to ask for assistance and it took them a few minutes just to come over and help me. Then the associate had her hand on her face like if I was wasting her time. Then she didn't know how to work the ipad nor did she know the number of the charm I was buying she had to look it up 3x. later another associate helped me and she also didn't have any idea what she was doing. I was there for 30 mins trying to pay not including the time I had to ask for assistance and the girl input the information. Very bad customer service.

I came into this store to purchase a charm for my younger sister for her birthday. I saw a beautiful charm of a palm tree listed for $50. When asked to purchase it, I was charged $55. Instead of honoring the price I saw it listed for in the store I was told that’s the wrong price. An apology was never given from the sales clerk, Tiara M, No. 182788. Nonetheless, I purchased the charm.

Had to wait in a long line to gain assistance but upon entry very limited stock with the sales rep unsure of what was actual in stock. Very frustrating to choose something then to be told its not available. Sale reps were overall nonchalant about the issue.
