we were not approached by a sales person until after about 10 minutes of browsing when the manager greeted us again and checked to see if an associate had been with us then she brought one over. This associate continuously acted with a level of distrust and kept her hand up on the box with the charms she had out to show us while she went beneath the display with one hand to “protect” the items. She was very uneasy as if she felt we would steal the charms. When she stepped over she would grab the box and take it across the room with her. This left us feeling profiled. We were also never encouraged to touch the pieces or pick them up to take a look at them which minimized the experience we know shopping at pandora to be.

I visited this location to return a Christmas git and exchange it for another. The store was crowded but it was hard to tell if anyone was available to help me since no one acknowledged me standing at the counter. Finally a sales clerk asked if I needed something and I responded that i assume so since I had been standing there for quite a few minutes unnoticed. Once they acknowledged me they began the process of helping me but it was very chaotic and they seemed all over the place.

Sale person didn't offer me anything !!! She had attitude!!! She gave necklaces and said it's on sale, but at the register person told that's not !!! It was very unprofessional!!!

I purchased a bracelet in December for my daughter for Christmas and it was broken. It kept falling off of her wrist. I took it back to Pandora in February. They replaced it, but the same problem happened. When I went into the store yesterday they told me that I had to pay the difference because I originally got the bracelet on sale. I just didn’t think that was fair. This should have been an even exchange I shouldn’t have to pay any money out of pocket because it’s not my fault that the bracelet was damaged.

I am a former employee and avid purchaser of the pandora brand. I spent almost 2,500 for Christmas on jewelry pieces for myself and one of the tennis bracelets I bought had diamonds falling out. It was purchased only a month ago. The clasp of another necklace I have also broke, and a gold plated ring I purchased last year, which I was told would not tarnish as easily as silver, tarnished months into purchasing it and rarely wearing it. I have taken proper care of my pieces and also know the proper way to clean them due to the fact that I worked with the company. This service is unfortunate and highly unacceptable coming from someone who spends consistently there and also is a cardholder.

Sales associate was rude and not pleasant. Who wants to purchase form a mean face and attitude. I I wanted 40th birthday charm, was told do not have those. I said yes you do, she said it’s sold out, I walked over looking at charms and found a 40, she said oh someone must have returned it or it’s form display. She did not have patience, I needed 5 birthday gifts and Mother’s Day gifts and left with one charm and she didn’t want to use my 10% bday coupon. Very ugly personality
