When I came in to the store first associate who assisted me was unable to deliver what I wanted then I went and got I believe the manager to assist me when she came to help with picking out charms for my bracelet, I asked if my bracelet can be cleaned she says the time frame I believe she said was 11-4 , but then she still offered to clean it for me . After bringing my bracelet back I realized one of my charms were missing . Associate insisted charm was never there . Mind you I’ve never took off the bracelet and no charm was missing when I walked in the store . Manager then tried to charge me for my charm I already had also insisted it wasn’t on my bracelet which was inaccurate. So I said I’m not going to go back and forth what would resolution be she said she will have to check camera and my history of what I bought . My history showed it was already bought but she went to the back and claim she looked at camera and didn’t see charm on my bracelet. Which was a lie !!! I will really like someone to reach out to me in regards to this incident because I feel like Pandora has stolen from me.

I selected the Merchandise that I like and the representative give me a price of the merchandise. The representative took the merchandise to a manager and I think was a team leader also and he verified it and said yes that’s the merchandise. What’s a pay for the merchandise The manager came over and looked at it again and said no it’s not the right one and told me that she going refund me my money without trying to work anything out with me for her mistake or even apologize for this mistake.

I purchased a charm, walked out of the store and realized it wasn’t in my bag. Walked back in, and was treated like a criminal. I was told it was given to me, as soon as I called the police, the item magically appeared in the store after I’d waited 40 minutes and the manger never acknowledged me once. I believe the associate is a thief, Norae is her name. Coral Springs store 218468, everyone there was awful and not willing to assist me. I will never return to Pandora again, the charm was $45. I was so embarrassed at how I was treated. Thankfully the Coral Springs police presence, was enough to make everyone in that store honest.

This was by far the worst experience. I have purchased a few brackets within the last few months: I was provided a box, cleaning kit, and offered to have my personal bracelet clean. None of which happened at this location. The sales associate that was assisting us walked away shortly to speak with her supervisor and another associate that was with a customer felt the need to snatch a book that we were looking at to show our associate the kind of bracelet I wanted, and proceeded to inform us that we can not view the book. Thereafter that same associate proceeded to side eye us from different angles of the store. At that moment, I was ready to cancel the order and leave. My cousin whom I was with prompted that we speak to a manager, in which we did. I was not fully satisfied with his response. I hurry up and left that store.

The sales girl was great. The Manager Gisselle should be fired. She started yelling at the sales girl right infront of an entire store full of customers. I then asked her to please not embarrass her and she (Gisselle) said I’m glad you are telling me how to do my job. I will never go in that store again

Upon entering the store I immediately asked the associate if they were still honoring the free bangle bracelet advertised if purchasing at least $150. Of merchandise, and she said yes. When my almost $200. Purchase was completed with sloppily wrapped presents, I noticed she never included the bangle brace (free) to my bag. I was then told that they had sold out, and told to try another store, that they couldn’t call ahead for me I’ll never shop Pandora store again. I don’t like being served in this manner, especially at Christmas time.

I bought the 2021 Christmas star ornaments the sales associate gave me 2020 ornaments I found out that when I reach home plus that ornaments was missing the charm I have that one I bought it last year so that wast my time to go back this morning and take it back

The CSR asked what I was looking for and proctor select one charm for me. When asked to see the select she said no. Eventually moved me to another part of the store and showed me 1 tray of charms I was not willing to argue so I selected one charm and went on my way.

The sale associate that was helping left and went to serve a Spanish lady as she also Spanish she just started to speak in Spanish with her and went to serve I wait and wait until another sale associate asked if I been help I explained that to her she apologized and help me to get what I wanted. I am so sorry I didn’t get her name but I know her face if I ever go there will never accept her to serve me. In my opinion that racist. She is Spanish and the other customer was also Spanish so I think she did that because I am black.

I had went to Pandora on Saturday an employee took my information and scheduled an appointment for me on Sunday at 12 I get there line was very big I said ok I have an appointment I approached Miss Victoria Cobo store manager and explained to her I have an appointment she says there’s no appointment scheduled for there was a customer since 11 am before me I explained I waited on Saturday on line as well then your employee scheduled an appointment she says to no I have to wait on line very poor customer service I will never go back I am a nurse and never wax treated that way
