The sales associate did not have the interest in show the merchandising that I ask for . I did not like the attendance at all. Too bad unfortunately.

I recently purchased a gift set at full price and when I found out about the 35% off promotion, I went back to the store to return the item and repurchase at the discounted price. I waited about 40 minutes in the line. The employee told me the promotion does not work on the item. She then showed me more items and I ended up purchasing over $300 in new items. She also told me the 6 month financing has to be at $225 not including tax when the Pembroke Pines store did it for including the tax. I left the store and later found out that other stores are doing the 35% discounts on the gift sets so I then had to return to the store the next day, wait in line once again to return the product. I then purchased it at another store at the discounted price. I always have issues at this store but continue to go because it is 5 minutes from my home but from now on, I will visit other Pandora stores and will avoid this location. How can this store not honor the same discounts as other stores? Also, after I spent over $300, the employee should have had the courtesy to tell me other stores have the promotion.

I went in for a ring and then ended up buying a few things because they had a sale and they advise if I get the Pandora credit card I will get 10% discount which I agreed. My associate was acting like she was engaged with me but she was all over the place talking to another store associates she had really long nails which made it difficult for her to handle the Jolie it took forever to mark the merchandise on the little iPad that you have she asked me the same questions like 10 times because she was so dissociated that when I answer the first time I guess she didn’t remember then she asked again and I’m right you already asked a question then at the end when I went to pay she forgot to give me the 10% discount you gave me that offer how are you going to forget she had to void everythingAnd ring everything again which mean they had to return the money to my car and then charge the card again still when she was doing this she was still talking to another associate complete disaster

The associate was very rude unprofessional acted if though it was a problem to service me. She became very agitated and 2 others had to help her help me. She didn't want to show me charms. Actually I would have spent more money if I was shown some professional courtesy.

An Associate name Brettany with a Bre , I came to get a gift for my girlfriend and I already knew what I wanted , she belittle me in thinking I wasn’t doing enough for my girlfriend she wanted me to buy extra stuff and I told her I only needed a ring it was just very frustrated, she just kept forcing me to buy more stuff and was forcing me and my friend to get a credit card , like we literally told her no like 7 times but she kept insisting I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the Pandora Located at Coral Square Mall.

From the minute i walked in the associate TIARA M associate number: 182788 had such a nasty & hostile attitude, was very dry not giving me any options, was disgustingly rude, gave me no choice but to refund my item bc of how nasty she was, her facial expressions, body language and attitude was so uncalled for. She had 0 customer service and should be trained to not be as nasty as she was.

The sales associate was very unhelpful, poor mannerisms, and had to be told to help me. Always have an amazing experience with friendly associates taking their time to help me but she was very reluctant and did not show me any of the merchandise.

The sales associate was not personable at all. She made me feel as though I was more of a bother than anything else. I am not sure if you explain to your associate what CUSTOMER SERVICE entails.
