I waited in the store almost ten minutes without and acknowledgement from an associate. I decided to leave after a customer that came in after me was called and it wasn't until I was leaving after speaking with another customer about the lack of service that I was given assistance. I even waited in line to get some assistance to no avail. I am very disappointed in the disorganization and lack of concern and helpfulness of the associates in the Coral Square location.

Store did not have sale items marked easily for customers. Sale associate asked me to pick a item and then she would see if it was on sale. I had to eventually go online to see what items were on sale.

Sales person was extremely pushy and made me very uncomfortable. I went in having an idea of what I was looking for since it was a gift and I picked charms out of the book to see in person and was shown a more expensive version of every item I asked to see, then I was told I "needed" to buy clips for the charms, and repeatedly said No, I wad then pushed further and told I should purchase multiple charms and apply for a credit card. Lastly I was asked to purchase the cleaning kit 3 seperate times. I said NO every time and to the point I should have walked out. I will never step foot in this store again, and neither will the person who I purchased the gift for. I should not be talked out of my taste in items or pushed into purchasing un nessesary things. I understand sales goals , but this was way too much.
