Impeccable customer service, as soon as I walked in a store associate greeted me and informed me someone would be with me shortly, the store manager Daniela Cardenas( I remember her full name because she was that good) helped me with my broken bracelet. She looked up my receipt quickly and replaced it with no problem under my warranty. She also helped me pick out another ring with the Black Friday sale to add to my collection. She was very sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her help and suggestions to the new diamonds and catalog that was recently released.
