The customer service of the store was fantastic right when I walked through the door I was helped immediately and that blew my mind definitely coming back to purchase more charms from this location

I was really pleased with the service provided during my visit today. Samantha greeted once I reached the items, she was quick to aid me with what I was looking for. She allows showed alternatives, and she led me to purchase more than I came in for. All in all, Samantha's service was excellent! 10 out of 10.

Kayla was helping me out and really made me feel so at home while I shopped. I had an amazing experience all around and can guarantee I will only be shopping at this location from now on!

Came in to process an exchange. I was extremely satisfied at the efficiency the quickness and the customer service provided. I have never purchased a item from Pandora, but received a gift and therefore came in to get a larger bracelet. I was so satisfied that I'm looking forward to coming in again and making more purchases. The store employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend it to anybody!
