All I can say is wow. To make a long story short. I visited this store yesterday because I had a charm missing from a previous visit at this store I went back and explained my situation to them and they did not give me a hard time I answered all their and without an doubt she replaced my charm. All I had to do was give her the information or proof of purchase. This charm was sentimental to me. Thanks who all played a part. I will be forever grateful
