The whole process was not too long, it was done on a good time frame. She would ask if I was happy with the bracelet and charms and offer options.

I almost NEVER visit this store in Coral Springs, but I searched a charm online and the locator said that it was in this store. I walked in just knowing the customer service was going to be bad, because it ALWAYS is. To my SURPRISE it was wonderful! I went in to buy my sister a charm and walked out with a charm for myself and a cleaning cloth. I can’t remember the young ladies name right this moment but she was amazing! She had shoulder length brownish hair and the ends were blonde and 3 nose piercings. Thank you for a great experience at my home store. I usually drive all the way to Pembroke just because they’re nicer.
