As I walked in, there was a young man who was polite and came from behind the register, and asked if we were be helped. He then had someone come over to assist us.

I came to get a bracelet for my mentor who is retiring. The sales associate (Samantha) ask questions to gauge what will be the best options to choose from. She nailed in but she still did not limit me to a few she offered many RELEVANT options. Then after choosing the 3 charms she advised me to add spacers to enhance the beauty of the selection. She was amazing! I appreciate her help.

The sales person Giselle was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient while i made my choice. I do wish that you had more round pendants in more colors, the colors could be solid or clear.
