It was spacious, nice, and the person that help me was so helpful and friendly , she didnt rush me to pick out my ring .

When I went into the store I actually just wanted to browse. But the associate was so friendly and helpful with recommendations that I fell in love with a few pieces and ended up leaving with a few items and a Pandora credit card lol.

I am so happy with Paola R., the sales rep that took care of me. She was very polite and helpful, knew all the products, and gave information about products that just came out. The store was very clean and all their representatives were nice. I would come back to this store in the next two weeks and look for Paola!

I went in to make a return on something that I purchased over a month ago and the sales associate convinced me to keep the charms, placed them on my bracelet and added a few more charms to see how pretty they looked together. She also offered a Pandora card and I ended up spending almost $300.

the customer service was great. Vanessa 214556 was very helpful and knowlegdeable and patient with me and offer me options for cleaning and caring for my purchase.

My overall experience was great my sales associate was friendly and so sweet. She sized my fingers for the rings I was purchasing. I feel as if she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase!
