The woman that helped us Isabella was incredibly nice and helpful she asked questions to figure out what charms I would like the most and helped us make informed decisions without rushing us.

I waited less than five minutes before I went in and the store associate was knowledgeable and courteous. I have been buying from Pandora for more than five years. However I wish the warranty was a little longer than a year and that you guys had a repair department.
