The specialist that helped me was very good, he even located a charm for my daughter in another store and transferred it for us.

I was acknowledged once I entered the store. Associate immediately asked if he could help, gave his name, and advised when ready to let him know.Service was fast once I knew what I wanted. I asked for a specific charm and was told it was not available however I would have liked to know if another location may have had it available. Otherwise, the visit was great.

Sales person was very knowledgable on how to keep our jewelry from tarnishing and did a great job cleaning my bracelet.

The lady that helped me chose my bracelet was so nice and it was so quick process too. I cant wait to go back and get a charm for it.

Although I went in for a specific charm, that this store did not have in stock, the salesperson, Norae showed me other options…I ended up buying 3 other charms for my Halloween themed bracelet.

I always go to the store in coral springs square everyone there is very attentive and helpful. I love it there!
