I have always been satisfied with my visits to this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My wife has filled two bracelets there so that is testimony of our being pleased with our purchases.

Salesperson was familiar with me and my tastes. She found what I wanted, but I was disappointed that Pandora doesn't stock a complete line for a particular look (matching earrings, charm, ring, etc.). I have to wait for sometime in the future for a teardrop CZ pendant/charm; I just bought the ring and earrings, but not pendant available yet.

Nothing to say the entore staffing is great. Please keep them for almost a year the helped me find the right gifts.

The sales associate was very professional and explained to where every selection item was located. She gave me a book to review each item with the pricing. She delivered quality customer service .

Sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable, listened and recommended additional items needed (actual needs - not pushing / up-selling).

Millicent is so helpful. We continue to come to this site because of her. Actually we will wait to purchase and drive in from Orlando to work with her.

Store Manager Takeisha Quijano assisted me with a bracelet exchange due to a gift purchase by work friends for me retirement. The bracelet showed it was missing a small spring in the end closure and I was unable to wear it after the first time because of fear loosing the beautiful decorative ball attachments. Her assistance was exceptional and I will definitely recommend and return to Pandora for future purchases!

I went to the store hoping to get something new due to the breakup of my marriage and I was happy Milicent helped me. She cleaned my necklace chain and charm and helped me pick out another charm. She made me feel beautiful again.
