Millicent was the sales person who helped me. I returned a 9.1 cm bracelet needing the net size down. My particular bracelet with the heart clasp was not in stock. Millicent found another in my size that I liked even better and we were able to make an even swap. She also told me about the clips that I needed to buy to finish off the bracelet and keep the charms from falling off. She was very friendly and very helpful. I am new to Pandora and appreciated the information she gave me. I went to the Pandora store in the Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, Florida.

My first purchase was two years ago for bracelet and charms. Pandora have really good quality because my bracelet its still super shine, doesn't show any scratches from wearing it and I never lost any Diamonds. I also got same bracelet for my sister and mom (they absolutely love it)
