Millicent (millie)has been helping me make lovely themed bracelets for a few years now. She is always helpful in making new ones as well as upgrading my current bracelets. She's GEM, as is Keisha. I'm so loyal to those two ladies. Please don't lose those girls because they ARE the store!!! I've traveled abroad and always wait to buy the charms from those ladies, thats how much their customer service AND friendliness means to me

I wishers pandora last Sunday and Millicent was so unbelievably helpful in cleaning and updating my bracelets that I went to visit my mom to show her the beautiful changes. She was so excited with the polishing and updates that she begged me to come switch her and SPECIFICALLY wait for Millie to be on hand and upgrade her bracelets!!($605.00 and one and a half hours later) she left delighted from the store with her upgraded necklace and her two bracelets!!! This chain of events started with Millie offering to polish my bracelet and change around my beads so in a mater of least than three weeks $1,300.00. $605.00 and and $702.99 all from a pandora sale and an offer to polish my bracelet on hand on a day at the mall to buy a pair of shoes!!!!!
